layer / 01

Orchestrator

Plans, decomposes intent into tasks and routes each one to the right agent. Keeps conversation state across channels.

layer / 02

Tactical

Defines the strategy per channel — when to reply in the CRM, update the website or fire a Telegram message.

layer / 03

Operational

Executes the concrete action at the edge, validates the result and returns a structured report to the orchestrator — and the document to the admin user (Proposal/Report) when requested.
